Hey Canadians, did anyone watch Jack Layton’s speech the other night?
Anyhow… while watching, I noticed some signs that I suspected resembled early Parkinson’s disease (both experience with the disease and my degree in Neuro made me raise an eyebrow). I knew he’d been ill, not sure with what though, so Google was consulted to see if that’s what he’d been diagnosed with. Google told me it had been prostate cancer, however. Ok… so a question mark in my mind.
But I still wondered. Then I found an article saying his dad died of Parkinson’s. Oh no…:( Sad. My own grandfather died of that and it’s a horrible thing to watch. Just an absolutely devastating disease.
Anyhow, I’m actually worried about Jack now guys :( I hope he’s got that checked out… early detection is everything. I think I care about JL.
